Phungphong Tunganantiganon is the managing partner at Thai Legal Solutions. He graduated LL.B. with honors from Thammasat University and holds qualifications as a barrister-at-law and attorney-at-law in Thailand.
Since 2008, Phungphong has worked as a litigator and legal counsel, beginning his career as an associate at an international law firm in Bangkok and delivering services to public limited companies, private limited companies, and small and medium-sized enterprises.
In 2012, he later founded his firm, “PT& Partners,” and also cooperated with an alliance firm, which is a specialized law firm on international trade and maritime law. Over ten years in this practice, he has built a reputation for delivering consulting in maritime matters for various shipping lines and
trade disputes, maritime collision cases, ship arrest cases, arbitration cases, international arbitration, criminal cases, labor disputes, bankruptcy, and rehabilitation cases for both Thai and international individuals and legal entities.
As the managing partner of Thai Legal Solutions, Phungphong has extensive litigation experience; he has represented clients in both private individual matters and business disputes involving capital exceeding one hundred million baht. Therefore, the firm’s service revolves around his extensive experience.
His current areas of service include commercial law, corporate law, labor law, foreign business law, international trade law, and dispute resolution, which encompasses civil cases for private individuals. Songkran Chaopreecha serves as counsel and head of the legal execution department at Thai Legal Solutions. He earned his LL.B. from the Faculty of Law at Ramkhamhaeng University and trained to become a police officer at the Training Center of Provincial Police Region 3 and the Royal Police Cadet Academy. Additionally, he is qualified as both a barrister-at-law and an attorney-at-law in Thailand.
Songkran began his police career in 2008 as a squad leader (suppression). He was subsequently promoted to the role of police commissioned officer, serving as an inquiry officer tasked with addressing anti-money laundering, cybercrime, and various other offenses within his jurisdiction. Later, he became a sub-inspector (investigation) at the Investigation Division, Samut Sakhon Provincial Police before returning to his role as an inquiry officer, which marked the conclusion of his police career with the rank of police captain (Pol. Capt.).
His expertise lies in criminal law and criminal procedure, with a focus on cybercrime, money laundering, and investigation. In his capacity as counsel at Thai Legal Solutions, he plays a vital role in advising on criminal cases
and collaborating with public officials. He also oversees the legal execution team, managing the team responsible for civil execution processes, such as asset investigation and property seizure, while working closely with financial institutions and service providers.
With a strong background in criminal law, combined with his leadership and investigative skills, Songkran is recognized as a key figure at Thai Legal Solutions, contributing to the firm’s goal of becoming a comprehensive law firm specializing in litigation and civil execution for all clients.

Jirapat Santichaianant is an associate lawyer at Thai Legal Solutions. He graduated with an LL.B. (Hons.) degree from Thammasat University and holds qualifications as a barrister-at-law and attorney-at-law in Thailand.
